OpenMarket is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Senior Account Manager who is passionate about working with customers to provide strategic and business level guidance. You will be responsible for the overall growth of assigned strategic accounts. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers to develop and execute effective and efficient account planning strategies to drive customer retention and expansion growth.
The Senior Account Manager will drive the formulation and execution of account plans and be a key relationship builder with executive decision-makers within assigned accounts.
The Senior Account Manager will execute effective account management processes, track and communicate progress, maintain and develop forecasts and grow OpenMarket’s revenues across the full breadth of OpenMarket’s products within their assigned territory.
OpenMarket is looking for a commercially focused, results-orientated Account Lead. OpenMarket is looking for a talented Enterprise Account Leader to lead an expanding team of impressive Account Managers based out of our Seattle and Southfield offices.
You will grow, lead and mentor the team and develop the go-to-market strategy to maximize OpenMarket's engagement with each Account Managers book of business. You will enjoy leading a team that develops and grow some of the world's largest and most complex organizations.
As a leader, you will be a valuable cross-functional contributor to the North America go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with peers across the OpenMarket leadership team and report to the Sales Lead in North America.
As a Solution and Implementation Director, you will manage end to end services as well as complex programs delivering OpenMarket products and services to our largest customers. You will act as the Account Executive’s single point of contact into the Engineering, Product, and Operations organizations. You will also be responsible for certain aspects of project and product delivery.
