As part of our PMO team, our Senior Technical Program Manager will be leading cross-functional, highly visible engineering and operations programs, in an agile environment throughout the software development lifecycle. You are a superstar in gathering and analyzing functional requirements, planning and leading highly complex projects, applying core project management principles, collaborating across the organizational spectrum, and communicating in both technical and business terms.

  The role will be working within our geographically distributed technical SMS Network Engineer team, providing technical assistance around our global SMS Platform connections. This role will become part of our Technical Support Team in our Pune office. This will require working closely with teams worldwide.   

Professional Services is a unique group of OpenMarket which consists of Solutions Consulting, Data & Insights and Technical Consulting teams. The primary focus of the Solutions Consulting team is to work with our current and potential clients to identify, build, and deliver custom development opportunities which can improve their experience.

The team is constantly innovating new approaches to improve efficiency, automate repetitive work and reduce manual tasks.

As part of our Global Technical Support organization, you will be our SPAM and Smishing expert for our globally distributed platform. This role is part private investigator, part data analyst and part technical support. You will work closely with internal teams to determine the best course of action and implement rules to ensure an efficient customer experience.

As Lead Software Development Engineer you are responsible for providing technical guidance to the team, define the architecture of the services that the team owns considering high throughput, high scalability and high performance, lead the team to become a high performance, collaborate with other teams on all technical aspects as improve architecture of the OpenMarket platform, provide technical guidance to the organization, explore and lead efforts to adopt new technologies.
