About the Role

The Head of Partnerships, North America is accountable for the achievement of business results in North America through monetization of telecom products, connectivity optimization and effective team management. This role is accountable for identifying new and strategically important opportunities in North America, maximizing the revenue coming from the existing partners; leading and coordinating the sales process towards the telecoms until deployment, driving better connectivity positioning and therefore a higher competitiveness on the market; and generating new profit and reference with each new product integration with the telecoms.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify, pursue, negotiate, and close partnership deals and develop and execute partnership strategy and process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our partners to drive adoption of our products, understand how they're being used, and identify new use cases for our products and data.
  • Implement the defined sales strategies towards the telecoms and reach the quarterly defined business plan by collaborating with multiple departments in the organization.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Increase revenue by establishing contact and developing relationships with partners and customers.
  • Acts as the go-to person in the region for all telecom products and always strives to keep up with the updates on the products.
  • Report the status of the projects on a regular basis and creates the functional strategy for North America.
  • Guide the team members in the right direction and provides information regarding the market trends.

What to Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in professional sales and strategic partnerships.
  • 6+ years of experience leading diverse, global teams.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and advertising in the technology industry.
  • Ability to apply experience and help build long lasting, profitable relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a passion for building relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to facilitate smooth collaboration and relations.
  • Build and grow a high-performance team through effective hiring, coaching and development.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience required.
