About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will be building excellent relationships and commercial partnerships. You will be able to advise and develop solutions based on a thorough understanding of our technical products and services, to meet and exceed clients' requirements. Working as part of a small and dynamic team, our account managers act as a vital bridge between clients and our service delivery, technical, legal, and finance teams. Communicating clearly and effectively between the various parties, they will manage a busy workload of wide-ranging responsibilities; coordinating, prioritizing and ensuring delivery of the highest levels of service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You know all the players in North America and can build on your pre-existing relationships.  
  • You understand your client’s business, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business.  
  • You identify new and innovative use cases for Infobip’s products.  
  • You have an excellent overview of the business and are up to date with the latest industry trends as well as the competition.   
  • Existing clients with whom you cooperate are satisfied and they show it by stable and/or increased usage of service (retention).  
  • The number of new clients is consistently increasing, by building a healthy pipeline of accounts in the region you are covering.  
  • Coordinate with service delivery teams for deployment and ongoing delivery of our cutting-edge product suite.  
  • Work cohesively with the Inside Sales team to take over leads.  

What to Bring

  • Experience selling Saas, Ccaas or Cpaas solutions highly preferred, deep understanding of APIs is necessary to be successful. 
  • You have had a successful sales track record. 
  • Strong experience in managing the full sales cycle. 
  • Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts.  
  • Infobip product knowledge and/or knowledge of Infobip's competitors.  
  • Interaction with C level players. 
  • Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. 
  • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. 

Education/Training

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
