About the Role

As a Solution and Implementation Director, you will manage end to end services as well as complex programs delivering OpenMarket products and services to our largest customers. You will act as the Account Executive’s single point of contact into the Engineering, Product, and Operations organizations. You will also be responsible for certain aspects of project and product delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan, manage, and track all service activities for large strategic accounts while ensuring holistic control and balance.
  • Work in a Matrix environment with leaders of Engineering, Product, and Operations organizations to manage the overall program scope and ensures alignment with the business' strategic objectives.
  • Set the program's plan and priorities to ensure optimization and resolve conflicts to enhance the effectiveness of the business' results and strategic targets.
  • Mobilize the organization and its resources to execute OpenMarket's commitments and strategic initiatives for its customers.
  • Ensure an effective and engaged program team- with a matrix including all supporting units - by providing ongoing guidance and mentorship to ensure program objectives.
  • Build a partnership with the Account Directors, Account Team, and relevant customer stakeholders to promote continuous growth while ensuring daily "business as usual" operations.
  • Understand customers' strategic needs and business environment, and work with Account Directors and Account Team to create new business opportunities.
  • Build credibility and relationships, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, both internally and externally.

What to Bring

  • 10+ years' experience in program management.
  • Ability to engage with internal and external engineers at a technical level.
  • Experience in managing complex end to end software delivery projects.
  • Experience in leading customer-facing activities.
  • Experience in operating within a complex, multi-interface environment.
  • Experience in managing projects with a global setup.

Education/Training

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience required.
